Toy horse competition. Children's presentations about animals
I drew horses without manes, tails, hooves, etc. on A5 paper. I glued double-sided tape to the required places and cut out “spare parts” from paper. The children had to complete the horse.
2) Guess the suit
I printed out pictures from Wikipedia with some famous horse colors, hung them on the wall, and offered to tell them. Well, this was more of a competition for adults, everyone found it very interesting, no one knew anything.
3)
Stay in the saddle
We have a big rocking dragon, you had to sit on it while they rocked you hard, without squealing or laughing.
4) Make a horse
Horses made of matches and plasticine, maybe a competition for the most beautiful horse.
5)
Draw a horse for memory
Traditional competition for our birthdays greeting cards for the birthday boy, made right there. Materials: paper. colored paper, stickers, pencils. markers.
6)
Feed a hungry horse
One adult has become an angry biting horse, which nevertheless needs to be fed. They placed a basket in front of him and the children threw into it plastic balls(cabbage and apples).
7)
Whose horse is full?
They placed toy horses in a row in front of empty bowls, millet was poured into two large bowls (preferably, oats, of course) and the children carried food with tablespoons to the horses to see who was faster.
8) Get the horse into the stall
From Cardboard box a “stable” was made and glass balls had to be rolled into it.
More competition options:
1. Puzzles "Make a horse"(you can make it yourself from large wall posters or calendars glued to cardboard).2. Relay games with horses- with chopsticks (pick up, pick up, gallop back, pass the horse to the next one).
3. Competition for the best horse(from eggshells and matches + a little plasticine - prepare empty shells in advance according to the number of children (with a reserve, otherwise the kids will crush them - blow out the whites and yolks, dry them.).
4. Horses from ShDM- sausage balls for modeling.
5. Catch a mustang(throw a lasso onto an improvised horse or rocking horse. If it is difficult for kids to throw a loop, you can tie a lifebuoy to its end).
6. Foal Dance (perform actions to the music: horses graze in a meadow, slowly nibble grass, run at a light trot, gallop, neigh, shake their ears, etc.).
7. Ball game "What does a horse eat"(like “It flies or doesn’t fly” - if it eats, catch the ball, if not, release it).
8. Overcoming the barrier(at least small turnstiles made of plastic bottles, at least soft toys- the main thing is to jump over while running).
9. "Hobbled Horses"(a couple of children tie their adjacent legs together - running at the speed of such “three-legged pairs”).
10. Comb your mane (if you have wigs, put them on those horse sticks, do your hair, decorate it). Or the same option - comb your tail.
11. A horse in a dark stable eats straw- With eyes closed feed each other with straw cookies.
12. Horse surname(verbal game - just for imagination: Ovsov, Kopytov, Khvostov, Nozdryov, Zherebtsov, Konev, etc. Adults can help)
13. The best jockey: Dad becomes a skittish horse and tries to throw the little jockeys off his back, and they have to hold on.
Well, and, of course, the design, including the dishes - build stacks of “hay” from salads, let the older children indulge - drink from the “trough”, chew peeled seeds (instead of oats), etc.
Finally, show some favorite films or cartoons with horses (or at least Alyosha Popovich), give prizes - for example, horse magnets or tattoos (a brand for a horse).
Yulia Maznina
On the last summer weekend at the dacha this year, we decided not to deviate from the established tradition and spend another "Fun Starts". This time - with chopsticks. After a long break, the only girl in the group rejoined the company. So it was doubly fun. Look what we got.
What did it take?
Firstly, you needed sticks to play. By using counting sticks determined who would go looking for them. The first participant clamps the lower end of the stick in his fist. All players take turns holding the stick in their fist above him. If all participants have put up one fist and have not yet reached the top of the stick, the participants, starting with the one whose fist is the lowest, take turns moving their fist up until they reach the top of the stick. The one whose fist is the highest comes out. It fell to me to go in search of sticks.
We also needed our favorite plastic cups, an old enamel kettle (you can use a bucket or watering can), three plastic buckets different sizes.
Competitions
Collecting burdocks
We picked burdock leaves. The stick was sharpened at one end. The players' task was to prick burdock leaves onto a stick to collect as many more leaves. Everyone made their own pile. It was impossible to help yourself with your hands either when collecting or removing leaves from a stick. The player who collected the most leaves received a point. The game was played with such excitement that it was repeated twice. And then the younger members of the company played it for a long time.
Javelin throw
Each participant made a test throw (the stick was thrown like a spear). Three levels were determined: throwing a stick for the first level - 1 point, for the second - 2 points, for the third - 3 points). They threw the spear 5 times. The points were added up.
On the perch
You had to squat down, holding a stick under your knees, and jump the distance from start to finish.
Guide
I drew a winding path on the asphalt. One participant was blindfolded and one end of a stick was pulled into his hands. The second participant’s task was, holding the opposite end of the stick and moving with his back, to lead the “blind” person along the path. For completing the distance without errors, each participant was given a point. The competition was held three times, so that everyone was paired with everyone else (in the end, each participant participated twice).
Stay steady!
They ran in pairs, holding a stick with one hand, so as not to lag behind their partner and not get ahead of him. This competition, like the previous one, was held three times so that everyone was paired with everyone else. For completing the distance without any comments, each participant was given a point.
Don't spill it!
They put an old kettle filled to the top with water on the stick. The participants' task was to walk from start to finish, holding a stick together and without spilling a drop of water. This competition, like the previous one, was held three times so that everyone was paired with everyone else. For completing the distance “dry”, each participant was given a point.
Take off the cups
I hung plastic cups on the fence. The players had to use a stick, without helping themselves with their hands, to remove the cups one by one and stack them on top of each other. To prevent the stack of cups from falling and to make it easier to stack the cups on top of each other, we stacked them in a plastic bucket. For each unsuccessful attempt to remove a glass or place it in a stack, 0.5 penalty points were awarded. The amount of penalty points was subtracted from the total points.
Tired of boring walks?
Knock down the can
We held a competition that I liked in the “cabbage garden” on the theme of stones, which I conducted as part of the “” project. Just this time tin can They were knocked down not with stones, but with sticks. Everyone had 5 attempts. A point was awarded for each successful attempt.
Stick shooting range
I drew a 3*3 table on the asphalt and placed numbers from 1 to 9 in the cells - these are points. From the control line, they threw small sticks into the cells with a stick and earned points. As always, each player had 5 attempts.
Baseball with sticks
One player tossed a small stick, hit it with a second stick, and the third caught it. If they both hit and caught, all players received a point. Each participant tried himself in a different role.
Catch the flag
Our flag was a piece of material. One player tossed the flag, the other caught it on a stick. Each player had 5 attempts, a successful attempt earned a point.
Carrying buckets on a stick
At the start there were three buckets nested one inside the other. The participants' task was to use a stick, without helping themselves with their hands, to carry the buckets to the finish line and stack them one on top of the other. For each bucket drop, 0.5 penalty points were awarded. The amount of penalty points was subtracted from the total points.
Prizes
The player with the most points is the winner. But according to old tradition Everyone received prizes. The kids came up with a prize for themselves: something that comes on a stick or in the form of a stick. Options were suggested:
- lollipop (chupa chups);
- candy cane;
- popsicle;
- corn sticks;
- a magic wand (alas, I couldn’t find it in the nearest village store - I would have bought it for myself);
- sausage stick.
Harmless and decent competitions that can be used in family New Year's holiday. Dilute them entertainment program so that guests remember this particular year 2014. Year of the Horse.
And the whole collection of ideas is in these articles (there are not only competitions, but also ideas for decoration and refreshments):
Leading
I rarely advise what a presenter should look like on such a new year, but this particular image seems funny to me. Online stores offer such inflatable costumes “on horseback” at prices ranging from 2,700 to 3,500 rubles. Unusual effect, agree. The suit is constantly inflated from the inside, the batteries are enough to carry out the holiday.
Horse surname
Two participants must take turns forming surnames from words that have at least some relation to horses. This is how I played with myself:
From the classic, Chekhov's: Kobylin, Zherebtsov, Kobylitsyn, Zherebyatnikov, Loshadkin, Kobylkin, Troykin, Uzdechkin, Rysitsky, Merinov, Ovsov (if you remember, it ended there).
But the competition can be continued (for this I got into the dictionary of terms for horse lovers :-)): Allyurov, Arkanov, Brykanov, Valtrapov, Vozhzhev, Vsadnikov, Galopov, Grivnov, Dzhigitovtsev, Cabbies, Pacers, Ippodromsky, Kavaleriytsev, Karyerov, Jumping, Sedlov, Konovodov, Konyukhov, Kopytsev, Loshak, Podkovtsev, Stoilov, Stremyansky, Tabunov.
Three white horses
A music competition that is ideal for this New Year, 2014.
Option 1. You can conduct it in the form of a “Battle of the Choirs” with karaoke, one verse from each team. Male Choir, Female Choir, Legal Department Choir, and so on.
Option 2. If there are no singers, we play a recording of the original performed by Larisa Dolina, and ask the teams to dramatize the song in roles. Let them show with gestures how “the houses are a little ruffled”, “warm and damp”, “Winter has opened its snowy embrace”, “Only Christmas trees in triangular dresses, Everyone is running towards me, running, running”, and, naturally, everyone wants to see, how “three white horses” will be taken away into the “snowy distance”. The roles can be assigned in advance: Houses, Winter, Christmas trees, Horses and the main character, let’s call her “Gone with the Horses”. Something like this...
Brave Rider
To be honest, this is a competition with chairs, traditional for adults and children’s parties, but let’s call all the participants riders, but the chair, which temporarily plays the role of a horse, must be saddled in time. There is one peculiarity! Boys and men need to sit on horseback, but girls and women can sit sideways in a side saddle.
There are ideas for the second stage of this competition in the comments :-).
Best horse
We put all the guests in a large circle (this competition will also help to get people onto the dance floor after a gastronomic break), and we give each one an inflated but untied balloon. To prepare many of these balloons, inflate them in advance and insert them into plastic clips on sticks. Participants will remove the clamp themselves. You need to write your name on the ball (alternatively, draw a horse’s face and a serial number). The point is that your “horse” will then need to be identified in a deflated state.
Place the prize box in the center of the circle. Now on the count of “three” you need to release the balls, pointing them towards the center, towards the box. Our balloons are not tied, so it is impossible to guess the flight path. They will fly chaotically around the hall. The prize is taken by the one whose deflated balloon lands closest to the place where it lies.
To the watering hole
This is a relay race for which you need to divide the guests into 2 teams. Props: 2 sticks (1m - 1.2m) and a tray with drinks. If children participate, naturally, only water in small glasses. For adults, the “bar” can be varied.
Now the relay itself. We build two teams at the line. We place the trays on stools, at a distance of 4-5 meters. We give the first participants in the “race” sticks; they need to ride on them to a watering hole, drink, come back, and pass the “horse” to someone else.
Show jumping
We will not have a rider, a horse or a steeplechase. There will be obstacle dances. We invite everyone to the dance floor and turn on catchy music. You need to move in a circle one after another. But the leader and assistant will create various obstacles along the way.
For example, we pull the rope at chest height so that the dancers have to bend over (as in limbo). On the second circle, the dancing guests must crawl under a rope stretched at a height of 1 m from the floor. On the third circle - step over or jump over (height - no more than 50 cm).
We reward those who managed to complete all the tasks most gracefully. Beautiful dance, easy overcoming of obstacles.
Horse racing
Everything is for real! We select 4 participants to participate in the competition, and all the rest will be spectators at the races. Give out hats to the ladies (these could be funny New Year's accessories - ears, horns, wigs).
Let's place bets! Each guest needs to decide which horse he is betting on - No. 1 or No. 2. Let's write it down.
Now let's get back to our participants. Out of 4 people, choose 2 by lot who will participate in the races as horses. The other two are to prepare the animals to run.
To do this you need:
- shoe (put shoe covers on each leg of the horse)
- secure the frenulum (let it be a gauze bandage)
- attach the saddle (a backpack will do, or just tie it with a large scarf)
- comb your mane (yes, with a regular comb)
- give it a drink (bring water or another drink in a glass to the “horse’s” mouth)
The sequence of actions must be explained in advance, but the “shot” of the New Year’s cracker, which means the start, is given not before the race, but precisely before the start of preparation for the race.
The distance to be covered is very short. Around the Christmas tree, for example. The winner is easy to determine.
Now we call those who bet on the winning horse. They all need to do an energetic saber dance.
Request!
Friends, if you have any New Year’s competitions for the Year of the Horse, please describe them in the comments! May we all have fun!
New Year's competitions can be safely “diluted” with outdoor games. Here you can choose games for entertainment, both for adult company, and for the family. Have a good, cheerful and unforgettable New Year's Eve! Happy New Year 2019!
New New Year's competition for the company “Naoshchup” (new)
Armed with thick mittens, you need to determine by touch what kind of person from the company is in front of you. Young people guess girls, girls guess boys. The areas to be touched can be specified in advance. 🙂
New Year's competition for corporate parties “What to do if...”(new)
The competition is very good for a corporate evening, for creative and resourceful employees.) Participants need to consider difficult situations from which they need to find a non-standard way out. The participant who, in the opinion of the audience, will give the most resourceful answer receives a prize point.
Example situations:
- What to do if you lost your employees' salaries or public money in a casino?
- What to do if you are accidentally locked in the office late at night?
- What should you do if your dog ate an important report that you have to present to the director in the morning?
- What to do if you are stuck in an elevator with the CEO of your company?
Space New Year competition “Lunokhod”
The best outdoor game for adults who are not entirely sober. Everyone stands in a circle, according to the counting number, the first one is chosen and inside the circle he walks on his haunches and seriously says: “I am Lunokhod 1.” Whoever laughed next squats in a circle and walks around, seriously saying: “I am Lunokhod 2.” And so on…
Fun New Year's competition “Who has the longest”
Two teams are formed and each must lay out a chain of clothes, taking off whatever they want. Whoever has the longest chain wins. If the game is not played in the company of a house, but, for example, in a square or in a club, then two participants are first selected, and when they do not have enough clothes for the chain (after all, when taking off your clothes, you must remain within the bounds of decency), then the hall is asked to help the participants, and anyone who wants can continue the chain of the player he likes.
New competition “Who is cooler”
Men participate in the game. Eggs are placed on a plate according to the number of participants. The host announces that the players must take turns breaking one egg on their foreheads, but one of them is raw, the rest are boiled, although in fact all the eggs are boiled. The tension increases with each subsequent egg. But it is advisable that there be no more than five participants (they begin to guess that the eggs are all boiled). It turns out very funny.
Competition for the New Year “Who is the odd one out”
(From reader Alexander)
Participants sit in a circle, the leader announces that they are in a hot air balloon that is crashing, to avoid the crash one player must be thrown off the balloon. Participants take turns arguing based on their profession and skills why it should be left, after which voting takes place. Anyone who is thrown off needs to drink a glass of vodka or cognac in one gulp, but it is better to prepare water, the main thing is that no one will guess!
Competition for the New Year “I blinded you from what happened”(new)
Each Snow Maiden chooses Father Frost for herself, and dresses him up in all possible ways using any available means: from Christmas decorations to cosmetics. You must introduce your Santa Claus to the public through advertising, a song, a proverb, a poem, etc.
Competition “Congratulations”(new)
A workpiece is made like:
In one ___________ country in a _____________ city there lived _____________________ boys and at least ______________ girls. They lived ____________ and ____________ and communicated in the same ________________ and ___________ company. And then one __________ day they gathered in this _____________ place to celebrate such a ____________ and __________ New Year holiday. So today let only__________ toasts sound, _____________ glasses are filled with_____________ drinks, the table is bursting with _____________ dishes, there will be ____________ smiles on the faces of those present. I wish you that the new year will be ______________, you will be surrounded by _______________ friends, ______________ dreams will come true, your work will be ______________ and that your most _______________ other halves will give you only ___________joy, ___________love and ______________care.
All guests name adjectives, preferably compound ones like indigestible or sparkling intoxicant and insert them in a row into the gaps. The text is very funny.
Competition – game “Sector Prize”(new)
(from reader Maria)
The essence of the game: a box is prepared containing either the prize itself or a part of this prize. Only one player is selected and asked to choose: a prize or N amount of money (if there is no real money, money from a joke store, i.e. not real money, is a perfect substitute). And then it starts like on the TV program “Field of Miracles”, guests, friends, relatives, etc. sitting next to them shout “... prize”, and the presenter offers to take the money (just in case something happens, don’t say that the money is from a joke store or otherwise the prize will be taken away very quickly and it will not be interesting to play). The presenter’s task is to keep the intrigue and hint that the gift is very chic, but money has never bothered anyone, that they need to take it. The player's choice can be made in different ways, be it a children's counting rhyme or according to some separate criteria. In order to make it interesting for all the guests, so that no one is offended (why did you choose this or that player), you can raffle off several prizes, but you will have to stock up on a large amount of money (even as was said earlier, it may not be real money).
Competition for a group of adults
Hit the target!
A proven competition – bursting laughter and fun are guaranteed. The competition is more suitable for men-) Required for the competition: empty bottles, rope (about 1 meter long for each participant) and pens and pencils.
A pencil or pen is tied to one end of the rope, and the other end of the rope is tucked into your belt. An empty bottle is placed on the floor in front of each participant. The goal is to get the handle into the bottle.
Fun competition for the family “New Year’s “Turnip”
(This competition is time-tested, a great option for the New Year, fun will be guaranteed!)
The number of participants is the number of characters in this famous fairy tale plus 1 presenter. New actors need to remember their role:
Turnip - alternately hits his knees with his palms, claps his hands, and at the same time says: “Both-on!”
Grandfather rubs his hands: “Okay, sir.”
The grandmother threatens her grandfather with her fist and says: “I would kill him!”
The granddaughter – (for super-effect, choose an impressively sized man for this role) – twitches her shoulders and says, “I’m ready.”
Bug - scratches behind the ear, says: “The fleas are tormented”
Cat – sways her hips “And I’m on my own”
The mouse shakes its head, “We’ve finished!”
The presenter reads the classic text “Turnip”, and the heroes, having heard themselves mentioned, play their role:
“Grandfather (“Tek-s”) planted Turnip (“Oba-na”). Turnip (“Both-on!”) grew big and big. Grandfather (“Tek-s”) began to pull Turnip (“Both-on!”). He pulls and pulls, but he can’t pull it out. Grandfather called (“Tek-s”) Grandma (“I would kill”)…” etc.
The real fun begins after the words of the presenter: “Grandfather for Turnip, Grandma for Dedka...” First, conduct a rehearsal, and then the “performance” itself. Bursts of laughter and a great mood are guaranteed!
A Christmas tree was born in the forest (musical scene, readers recommend)
We turn on the song “A Christmas tree was born in the forest”, just as in “Turnip”, distribute roles to the participants (it is recommended to write the roles on pieces of paper in advance and for the participants to randomly choose a role for themselves: “Christmas tree”, “Frost”, etc. ) and act out this children's song to the music.
It looks very funny when adults get used to a children's song.
“Phrases of congratulations”
The presenter reminds that New Year's Eve is in full swing, and some people are already having difficulty remembering the last letter of the alphabet. Guests are invited to fill their glasses and say New Year's toast, but with one condition. Each person present begins the congratulation phrase with the letter A, and then proceeds alphabetically.
For example:
A - Absolutely happy to drink for New Year!
B - Be careful, New Year is coming!
B - Let's drink to the ladies!
It's especially fun when the game gets to G, F, P, S, L, B. The prize goes to the one who came up with the funniest phrase.
New Year's competition - a fairy tale for a corporate party
From reader Natalya: “I offer another version of the fairy tale, we played it at a corporate party last year. The following attributes were used for the characters: Tsarevich - crown and mustache, Horse - drawing of a horse in the form of a mask (as in kindergarten did, Tsar-Father - wig with a bald head, Mother - crown + apron, Princess - crown with an elastic band, Matchmaker Kuzma - apron with male XXX, bought in a shop. The other half of the Bird: Chik-chirp!
Curtain!
In the Far Far Away Kingdom, in the Thirtieth Kingdom, lived Tsarevich Alexander.
The time has come for Tsarevich Alexander to get married.
And he heard that Princess Victoria lived in a neighboring state.
And without hesitation, the Tsarevich saddled the Horse.
Harnesses the Horse to the Cart.
Swat Kuzma jumps into the Cart.
And they galloped to Princess Victoria.
They jump through the fields, jump through the meadows, and the wind rustles around them. The birds are singing. They're coming!
And the Tsar Father appears on the threshold.
The Tsarevich turned the Horse around. He turned the Cart around, and Swat Kuzma was in the Cart. And we went back through the forests and fields!
The Tsarevich did not despair.
And the next morning he harnesses the Horse again. Harnesses the Cart. And in the cart is Swat Kuzma. And again the fields, again the meadows...
And the wind is rustling around. The birds are singing.
They're coming!
And Father comes to the threshold.
And here is Mother.
And here is Princess Victoria.
The Tsarevich put the Princess on the Horse. And they galloped to the Thirtieth Kingdom, to the Far Far Away State!
And again fields, again meadows, and the wind rustles around. The birds are singing.
And the Princess is in her arms.
And matchmaker Kuzma is happy.
And the cart.
And the horse is harnessed.
And Alexander Tsarevich.
I said I’ll get married, and I got married!
Applause from the audience! Curtain!
“Drunk Checkers”
A real checkers board is used, and instead of checkers there are stacks. Red wine is poured into the glass on one side, and white wine on the other.
Further everything is the same as in ordinary checkers. He cut down the enemy's pile and drank it. For variety, you can play giveaway.
For those who are especially strong, cognac and vodka can be poured into the glasses. In this situation, only international-class masters of sports win three games in a row. 🙂
Game “Baba Yaga”
Players are divided into several teams, depending on the number. The first player is given a mop in his hand, he stands in the bucket with one foot (he holds the bucket with one hand, and the mop with the other). In this position, the player must run a certain distance and pass the equipment to the next one. Fun guaranteed-)
Game “Situations”
The teams, to the judgment of the audience or Santa Claus, offer a way out of the situation.
1. A plane left without a pilot.
2. During a cruise on a ship, you were forgotten in a French port.
3. You woke up alone in the city.
4. On the island with cannibals, there are cigarettes, matches, a flashlight, a compass, and skates.
And opponents ask tricky questions.
New Year competition for young people
"Bottle"
First, the bottle is passed around to each other
- pressed shoulder to head
-under the arm
-between the ankles
-between the knees
-between the legs
It’s a lot of fun, the main thing is that the bottle is not empty, or partially filled. Whoever’s bottle falls is out.
New Year 2019 – what to give?
The most sensitive
Only women participate in the competition. The participants stand facing the audience. Behind each is a chair. The presenter quietly places a small object on each chair. On command, all participants sit down and try to determine what kind of object is under them. Looking at and using hands is prohibited. The first one to determine wins. You can guess the number of identical objects (caramels, tangerines) placed on a chair.
Surprise
The competition is prepared in advance. We take the most ordinary balloons. We write assignments on pieces of paper. The tasks may be different. We put the notes inside the balloon and inflate it. The player pops any ball without using his hands and receives a task that must be completed!
For example:
1. Recreate the chimes on New Year's Eve.
2. Stand on a chair and notify the whole world that Santa Claus is coming to us.
3. Sing the Song “A Christmas tree was born in the forest.”
4. Dance rock and roll.
5. Guess the riddle.
6. Eat a few slices of lemon without sugar.
Crocodile
All participants are divided into two teams. The first team comes up with a clever word and then says it to one of the players on the opposing team. The task of the chosen one is to depict the hidden word without making a sound, only with gestures, facial expressions and plastic movements, so that his team can guess what was planned. After successfully guessing, the teams change roles. After some practice, this game can be complicated and made much more interesting by guessing not words, but phrases.
Lung capacity
The players' task is to cheat balloons in the allotted time without using your hands.
Whale
Everyone stands in a circle and joins hands. It is advisable that there are no breakable, sharp, etc. nearby. items. The presenter speaks into each player's ear the names of two animals. And he explains the meaning of the game: when he names any animal, then the person who was told this animal should sit down sharply in his ear, and his neighbors to the right and left, on the contrary, when they feel that their neighbor is crouching, should prevent this from happening, supporting the neighbor by the arms . It is advisable to do all this at a fairly fast pace, without giving any breaks. The funny thing is that the second animal that the host speaks into the players’ ears is the same for everyone – “WHALE”. And when, a minute or two after the start of the game, the presenter suddenly says: “Whale,” then everyone inevitably has to sit down sharply - which leads to prolonged wallowing on the floor. :-))
Masquerade
Various funny clothes are stuffed into the bag in advance (national hats, clothes, underwear, swimsuits, stockings or tights, scarves, bows, diapers for adults, etc. You can insert balls into the bra). A DJ is selected. He turns the music on and off at different intervals. The music starts playing, the participants begin to dance and pass the bag to each other. The music stopped. Whoever has the bag left in his hands pulls out one item and puts it on himself. And so on until the bag is empty. In the end, everyone looks very funny.
“What do you like about your neighbor?”
Everyone sits in a circle and the leader says that now everyone must say what they like about their neighbor on the right. When everyone tells these intimate details, the presenter joyfully announces that now everyone should kiss their neighbor on the right exactly in the place that he liked most.
New Year's prediction
On a large beautiful tray lies a sheet of thick paper, beautifully painted to look like a pie, which consists of small squares - pieces of the pie. On the inside of the square are drawings of what awaits the participants:
heart - love,
book - knowledge,
1 kopeck - money,
the key is a new apartment,
sun - success,
letter - news,
car - buy a car,
a person's face is a new acquaintance,
arrow - achieving the goal,
watches - changes in life,
road - trip,
gift - surprise,
lightning - tests,
glass - holidays, etc.
Everyone present “eats” their piece of the pie and finds out their future. The fake pie can be replaced with a real one.
Agility competition!
2 couples take part (a man and a woman), it is necessary to wear men's shirts, and, at the girl’s command, men’s gloves must fasten the buttons on the sleeves and on the shirt (the number is the same, 5 each). Whoever completes the task faster is the winner! Prize for the couple!
Guess what it was!
Participants in the game are given pieces of paper with the text of Nekrasov’s poem
One day, in the cold winter season,
I came out of the forest; it was bitterly cold.
I see it's slowly going uphill
A horse carrying a cart of brushwood.
And, walking importantly, in decorous calm,
A man leads a horse by the bridle
In big boots, in a short sheepskin coat,
In big mittens... and he's as small as a fingernail!
The participants’ task is to read a poem with the intonation inherent in one of the following monologues:
– Declaration of love;
– Commenting football match;
– Court verdict;
– Tenderness from contemplating a baby;

New Year's wall newspaper
A newspaper is hung in a prominent place on which any of the guests
can write what was good and bad in the past year.
Friends, hello! It's about to be a New Year! Are you all ready? The menu was written out, the food was stocked up, the celebration place was decorated, the Christmas tree was decorated, gifts were bought... What about entertainment, competitions and games for the New Year? Have you prepared them?
If not, then I hasten to help you: one evening I sat over a piece of paper and compiled various competitions and games for the New Year. I figuratively named them like this: Horse entertainment for the New Year 2014. And they have such a name because they are all associated with the symbol of the upcoming New Year 2014 - the horse. I tried to arrange and connect all the developments so that it turned out to be a full-fledged New Year's scenario.
Competitions and games for the New Year - the Year of the Horse
Competition "Horse Neighing"
The point of this competition is not even that those participating in it will have to imitate the neighing of a horse. And the fact is that you have to laugh (laugh), and laugh so contagiously that everyone present “laughs”
By the way, horses are animals that do not like to live alone; even in the wild they gather in herds. Therefore, this competition, with the help of neighing, will attract the lady herself to the holiday, and she will treat everyone gathered favorably and will patronize them all year.
- So, we called the horse, now we need to find out what this symbol of the New Year 2014 looks like!
Entertainment game “Draw a horse”
To play you will need: large leaf paper, felt-tip pen and blindfolds (handkerchief, scarf).
All participants in the game are blindfolded. The presenter takes everyone in turn to a sheet of paper and asks them to draw:
- horse body;
- head;
- legs;
- mane;
- eyes;
- tail;
- etc.
Everyone's eyes are untied, and the presenter says:
- Look at the horse that will patronize you this year!
- Friends, we are sitting at festive table and eat all sorts of goodies. And our Lady Horse is very hungry. We need to feed her. Do you know what horses really love? Carrot! To feed our honored guest this delicacy, we must try to get it.
Competition "Get the Carrots"
For the competition, you need to print (or draw) carrots on small pieces of paper in advance. Roll up these leaves and put them inside the balloons, and you can put only 1 carrot in one balloon, and several in the other. Inflate the balloons and tie them.
Here is a template of treats for your horse:
The presenter releases the participants into the clearing with balls and says:
- You need to hit the balls with your hoof and, when they burst, collect leaves with carrots. Let's start!
At the end of the competition, it is determined who got the most carrots. The winner is awarded a horse prize with the words:
- As the main carrot earner, you will be able to provide for the horse all year, and in return, let it bring prosperity to your home!
- So, our symbol of 2014 is fed. Perhaps now he wouldn’t mind giving us a ride?
Competition game “Ride the stallion”
(New Year's competition based on the competition with chairs)
— We are looking for pairs: stallions and their riders + one rider without a horse.
The “stallions” stand on all fours in a circle, and the riders dance around them to the music. When the music ends, the rider must mount the stallion. The one who didn't get the horse is eliminated. She takes one stallion with her. And this continues until there is only one winning pair left. They are awarded a prize with the words:
- This year you will be able to easily achieve your goals, because your path will not be tiring - the horse will be happy to give you a ride!
And now the moment has come for the last competition for the New Year! It is better to spend it with a large group of people who drink.
Team competition “Horse Dose”
Both teams line up. Opposite each team at a distance there is a stool with a bottle of vodka, a glass and a snack.
(spectacle, I'll tell you, wow wow!)
After drinking like this, you can go to sleep in your “stables” or go outside to admire the fireworks.
This concludes my scenario for competitions and games for the New Year. I myself am already planning to implement most of what I came up with for the New Year’s holiday. And if you also find these horse activities useful for the New Year, I will be only too glad!
The article is participating in a competition with cash prizes “If I were a toastmaster...”
You can also take part and win!
