Progress of the lesson:
Spin the globe! Find a sticker that will show us where we are traveling. We remove the sticker, what kind of country is there? Mexico. Let's go on a trip to Mexico!
A lot of interesting things await you! You will learn why the flag of Mexico depicts an eagle devouring a snake. You will learn about the Aztec Indians, Mexican clothing and cuisine, and why Mexico is called “the land of cacti.” Meet a furry spider, an ill-mannered skunk and the smallest dog.
Showing the country on the map
Here in North America is the country of Mexico. Its capital is the main city of Mexico City - the most big city in the world.
Since you and I are in Mexico, let's greet each other the way Mexicans do. Let's say "Ola" to each other!
Take a look at the Mexican flag.
According to legend, the god Huitzilopochtli predicted to the Aztec Indians, who were looking for land to live, that they should find an eagle sitting on a rocky spot on top of a cactus and devouring a snake. When they found this eagle, they settled there. This eagle is depicted in the middle of the flag.
Puzzle applique "Mexican flag"
Fold the puzzles together to make a whole flag. Stick it on.
A long time ago, the Aztec Indians lived in Mexico. They were brave warriors, wore decorations made of bird feathers on their heads, and built cities. Emperor Montezuma ruled the people. When the king of Spain heard the story about the ruler of such a rich state, he sent a detachment there under the command of Cortes. And although the Aztecs greeted the guests in a friendly manner and generously presented them with gifts, Cortez’s detachment conquered the Aztec people and destroyed their state.
Display of national Mexican costume
Look what Mexican clothes look like. A hat with a wide brim - a sombrero, a short cloak or cape - a poncho. You can color these Mexican coloring pages at home. (Hand out coloring books)
Modern Mexicans are very cheerful and hospitable people. They love big holidays with delicious food, dancing and fun. In Mexico, some holiday is celebrated almost every day.
Now we will make maracas - a musical instrument and learn to dance “Cucaracha”.
Handmade “Maracas”
A Kinder Surprise container (with peas inserted inside) is clamped between two plastic spoons, rewound with colored adhesive tape, and decorated with stickers.
Fizminutka
Let's dance the Mexican Cucaracha dance. (Children dance to the music and video).
Mexico can be called the “land of cacti” (photo showing) - after all, many different cacti grow in its deserts. Most are covered with thorns - this is how the cacti protect themselves from animals that would like to feast on them. There are poisonous cacti. There are also cacti that people eat with great pleasure.
The giant Mexican puya (photo showing) lives a long time, longer than a human. But it blooms only once - it becomes covered with hundreds of small flowers (show photo) and dies. This amazing plant. And it is as tall as a two-story house.
Modeling "Cactus"
Children sculpt a cactus from green plasticine, cut strips with stacks, make indentations with a toothpick, stick in thorns - cut and dried pine or spruce needles. The cactus is planted - placed in a bottle cap.
Many products came to us from Mexico - tomatoes (tomatoes), peanuts, capsicums. And chocolate first appeared thanks to the Aztecs. One of the most favorite dishes of Mexicans is hot tortillas.
Skunks live in Mexico - black and white animals the size of a cat (show photo). But unlike cats, people don't keep skunks in their homes. And most predators avoid it.
In case of danger, the skunk performs a war dance: fluffing its tail, stamping its paws, and approaches the enemy. Most animals immediately run away after such a dance. And if the enemy does not leave, then the skunk turns its back to him and releases a fetid stream. This smell is so disgusting that it can make a person vomit! Well, for an animal attacking a skunk, it’s even worse - from the fetid stream you can go blind and stop breathing for some time. He won't want to attack the skunk anymore. The only one who is not afraid of the terrible smell of a skunk is the great owl. This bird usually preys on skunks.
Skunks live in holes in the forest. They rest during the day and go out hunting at night, sniffing out something tasty and using their long claws to dig out juicy beetles and worms.
But the super spider is the tarantula. These hairy spiders are called tarantulas. Why do you think? Except insects. Tarantulas eat chicks. The Mexican red-footed tarantula can be as large as a human palm. And, although tarantulas look terrible, not one person has ever died from its bite.
Although a spider looks like an insect, it is not one. All spiders belong to a special class of arachnids and have eight legs, not six, like insects.
Unlike other spiders, the tarantula does not weave a web, but lines a burrow with it, which it digs with its teeth. As soon as prey is caught in the web, the tarantula jumps on top of it and injects poison from its teeth.
The spider is very difficult to catch. Because with his eight eyes he sees in front, and to the side, and behind him.
Also, the smallest dog in the world is the Mexican Chihuahua. Adult dogs of this breed can weigh less than one kilogram.
Our trip to Mexico is over. Let's play and remember what we learned about this amazing country.
Game "True or False?"
The flag of Mexico depicts a hedgehog biting a snake.
Skunks are about the size of a zebra.
Sombrero is a Mexican hat with a wide brim.
Chihuahua is the largest dog in the world.
Cacti are covered with delicate leaves that animals love.
One of the most favorite dishes of Mexicans is hot tortillas.
The tarantula has ten legs.
Maracas are a Mexican dish.
In Mexico, some holiday is celebrated almost every day.

I. Examination of reproductions of paintings.
(Children enter the room children's creativity to the song “My Family”, sit on chairs in a semicircle).
Educator:
Guys, today we will look at an unusual exhibition of paintings. Look at them. What do you think these paintings have in common? Who is depicted on them? (These paintings depict families.) Why did you decide that the paintings depict families? The pictures are so different! (The paintings depict parents and children: mothers, fathers, daughters, sons. There is a painting here that depicts grandfather, grandmother, father, mother and children).
Do you remember how kindly and respectfully you addressed your family in the old days? Guys, what kind of picture is this? (Rebus). What word is hidden in the rebus? (7 I).
II. Conversation about family.
Have you guessed what we will talk about today? (About family). That’s right, by chance the word “family” can be encrypted as 7 I. Previously in Rus' they said that a family is 7 I, that is, in a family there are 7 people living in one house. Each of you lives in a family. Family is the most important, the kindest thing a person has, so at all times people have compiled proverbs and sayings about family. Let's remember them.
III. Proverbs and sayings about family.
“When the family is together, the soul is in the same place”, “Whoever honors his parents knows no grief”, “The family is strong together”, “A Russian person cannot live without relatives”, “Where someone was born, that’s where they come in handy.” Guys, have you heard the expression “I am a happy person”? What does it mean? How many of you can say that he is a happy person? Why? (children's answers).
How do you understand the word family?
Family is where there are relatives: mother, father, children, grandmother, grandfather. These people love you, take care of you: they buy delicious food, beautiful clothes, treat you when you are sick; are playing with you. Each of you has a warm, cozy home (apartment). Have you ever thought that all this might not happen? After all, there are children in the world who have no family, no home. Such children require special care and attention not only from adults, but also from children like you, happy and loved ones.
IV. Looking at family photos.
Today you brought photographs of your family, your loved ones. Show us these photos and tell us about your families.
V. Children's stories about their family.
2-3 stories are heard according to plan: family members, their full names, occupation, feelings that the child experiences towards them.
D/i "Family".
You told wonderful stories about family. Let's play a game and get the family together. A family unites relatives: parents and children, grandparents, brothers, sisters. What words with the same root can be called family (relatives, relatives, relatives).
VI. Reading a poem.
Y. Akim “Kinfolk”
Mom and dad are my relatives,
I have no relatives more dear to me.
And my sister and brother,
And the big-eared puppy Tishka.
I love my family very much
I'll buy gifts for everyone soon.
Dad will have a motor boat,
A magic brush for mom in the kitchen,
A real hammer - brother,
The ball is for my sister, the candy is for Tishka.
VII. The teacher's story about the brownie
(A knock is heard behind the wall.)
Educator: Who is that knocking? Who is it that is listening to us? No one can see him, but no one can hear him. Who is this? (Brownie). Yes, children, this is a brownie. What do you think he is like? (Hairy, small, cheerful, loves order, etc.).
Educator: Children, by knocking he says that he hears us. Since ancient times, people believed that a brownie lives in every house, in every family. He protects the house and keeps order. If the children are capricious or throw their things around, he hides them. The children are looking for them, but cannot find them. This is how he teaches children order.
(A knock is heard behind the wall again.)
But the brownie is a toy that was created by man. We don’t see a real brownie, we only hear knocking behind the wall. And we can look at the toy.
And who is he anyway, brownie! Brownies protect the house from everything bad, protect the people and animals that live in the house. He helps the housewife with her housework, does not like lazy people, and jokes at the expense of careless people.
VIII. Surprise moment.
(You can hear the ringing of a bell, stomping and knocking).
Educator: Children, who came to visit us?
Hello! I'm Kuzya.
(The teacher and children greet the guest).
Educator: Come in, what did you come to us with?
Kuzya: I came to find out if everything is okay with you and to play my favorite game with you.
IX. Outdoor game “Gifts” (physical exercise)
We came to visit Kuza
And they brought gifts:
Bast shoes, spoon, casing
And a beautiful belt.
Kuzya, Kuzya come out
And find gifts!
Educator: - Look, Kuzya did not come to us empty-handed. What's in your bag, Kuzya? Let's see...
Yes, there are different amulets here. Our Kuzya decided to protect our house from all misfortunes.
Let's remember what people used to protect their home in the old days?
(In the courtyard of the house they planted a birch tree - bereginya, on the roof of the house they attached a talisman - a ridge, they protected windows and doors with wooden trims with patterns).
Kuzya: - They also sewed bags, which they filled with various products and placed throughout the house. It was believed that corn protected the health of children; pepper protects against quarrels in the family; garlic, onions repel evil spirits; peas, beans - so that there is always prosperity in the house.
I brought you the bags, but I have nothing to fill them with.
Educator: Thank you, Kuzya, for the bags! The guys and I will help you fill them and decorate them.
X. Independent work of children.
Filling bags with corn, peppers, peas and decorating them.
XI. Bottom line.
