"Tailoring", WoW: a guide for beginners. Tailoring 7.1 5 wow pros tailoring
World of Warcraft allows you not only to increase your level and power, clear dungeons, fight on battlefields, but also actively socialize in the game. For this, for example, guilds, chat, the ability to join groups, trade directly or through an auction with other gamers were invented.
Social game
It is thanks to this diverse interaction with players and the vast world as a whole that World of Warcraft is still extremely popular. Among other things, there are many professions, thanks to which users become more immersed in history, find new activities, make themselves stronger, or simply sell their skills to others. Almost every update introduced new social features, thanks to which the field of action of the local heroes increased. This, for example, was done in the WoW 3.3.5 add-on. Tailoring, herbalism, alchemy, mining and much more are the professions that are actively developing and changing with each new patch. Any such skill has its own characteristics and difficulties, its advantages and difficulties that you have to put up with. But one thing is for sure: without learning a profession, you will not experience all the advantages of the game, and you will also be significantly behind your comrades in WoW. Tailoring, just like leatherworking, for example, can bring in a substantial amount of money with proper leveling.
Tailors
So, if your choice is tailoring, then the next conversation will be about leveling up and the advantages of this profession, its costs and difficulties that you will have to put up with. To begin with, it is worth understanding that tailors in the game do not need a second craft. For example, if you want to create alchemical potions, then you will have to collect herbs, and this can only be done by studying Herbology and leveling up both skills. Tailoring is undemanding in terms of resources, you will only need fabric, which can be obtained in two main ways: knocking it out of humanoids, and the higher your skill, the more often it will fall, or buying it at an auction or using the guild bank. Let's look at the main pros and cons of this profession.
Pros
- The ability to create rare, unique items and nicely dress your character in fabric armor.
- The most valuable items can be sold through an auction for a substantial amount of gold, while the rest can be cleared through a regular store.
- You will be able to create an extremely rare vehicle, and at the same time a flying one - a flying carpet, which will also cost a lot of money at auction.
- Tailors can create large, roomy bags, which are very much appreciated by all players, and the creator himself will really need them.
- The ability to choose something more interesting as a second profession than the one that allows you to collect resources. For example, you can choose This is the most expensive profession in the game, because it requires many unique items to dispense and obtain. However, given that you will be a tailor, you will be able to create such things and then disenchant them and enchant armor more suitable for you. A fairly convenient combination that will allow you to simultaneously save on developing your profession and make good money on it.
Cons
- Quite an expensive profession to learn. There are not so many humanoids from which you can beat fabric, so sometimes you have to look for them. Buying ingredients at auction will cost you a pretty penny.
- Difficult pumping. You'll have to look for various kinds of scrolls if you want to create truly rare items, and they can't be found everywhere in the game.
- Narrow specialization. Tailoring is not suitable for all classes in the game.
Who to play?
No guide to leveling up tailoring would be complete without choosing a class. We immediately cut off those who use leather armor, chain mail or plate, namely: hunter, robber, warrior, paladin, druid, death knight, monk. Under no circumstances will these classes be able to use this profession effectively enough. But it is perfect for characters who prefer fabric armor. These are magicians, warlocks, priests. If you have chosen one of these three classes, we recommend turning your attention to tailoring. WWII creates all the conditions for the usefulness of this craft to classes wearing cloth, because in this case you will be able to create strong armor for yourself.
Upgrading the profession
In addition 3.3.5a, it was possible to upgrade any profession to level 450, which was called “Grand Master”. It was very difficult to do this, and sometimes players were completely lost in further actions. This guide to tailoring will briefly enlighten you on the possibilities of successfully upgrading your profession. To get started, stock up on plenty of regular thread and dyes, that's all you'll need for the first level of crafting. On any of the continents there are locations where a large number of humanoids live, from which they can drop plain fabric. This is Durotar, Mulgore, Silver Forest,
Skill Levels
Try to spend as few resources as possible, do not create “useful” things for yourself, because at low levels they quickly become irrelevant due to the speed of pumping. Create those items that raise the skill level and require little fabric and thread. It would be ideal to sew the roll until it stops. At the next level of skill you will have to start creating more complex things, start with a linen bag, which will also be useful to you. Sell the excess, and if you have a good amount of money left, buy rolls linen fabric, so as not to create them again. As soon as linen bags stop increasing the skill, start creating bolts of wool. They will be useful to you in the future. Finally, you can craft items like wool shoulder pads, which are quite demanding but do a good job of raising your skill level.
At the Master level, you will only need silk, so you will have to knock it out of humanoids or buy it, and then create bolts of silk first, and then other items from this material. At the very end of the development of this stage, start creating magical fabric, you will desperately need it.
“Artisan” practically does not create rolls, so immediately start sewing things from magic cloth, and as soon as runic cloth starts falling from the enemy, sew from it.
“Master” is the most useful, but also the most difficult level. Here you can sew yourself spacious bags that cost a lot of money at auction (from runecloth), and also give you access to voidcloth. It's not that easy to knock out, and you can only sew from it in rolls, so you'll be stuck for a long time at this stage.
At the last level, “Grand Master,” almost everything is made from the fabric of the void, which is what you will need to do. True, in addition to it, there is also secret and twilight fabric, but they are much more difficult to obtain from monsters, so if you want to quickly level up your skill, then it is better to use void fabric.
A guide to tailoring, as indeed to any crafting profession, is quite difficult to write. After all, there are many conditions on which leveling up tailoring to level 525 depends. And it depends only on the server on which you play whether you can level up your profession as easily as described in the tailoring guide. By profession, the Tailoring guide implies a huge number of options, so we advise you to check each item according to your server. Although, if you don’t have money problems, you can just buy all the ingredients at the auction and not bother finding them. In Wow, tailoring gives those who have learned level 525 of the profession the advantage of special embroidery, available only to themselves. Therefore, carefully analyze and think about whether you need this profession. The unique embroidery in the Tailoring upgrade gives you the opportunity to make a magical pattern on your cloak that will significantly increase your mana regeneration, attack power, or spell power. And don’t forget about the profit that tailoring can bring you. And if you decide to upgrade your tailoring to level 525, then you can just get rich.
Tailoring 1 - 75
To start, until you reach Tailoring level 45, create bolts of linen fabric. To do this you will need 260 units of flax, or 13 full packs. Once you have leveled your tailoring to 45, start crafting Heavy Linen Gauntlets. This is where your rolls of linen fabric created in the previous stage of leveling up tailoring will go. And finally, at the stage of leveling up your tailoring from 70 to 75, create Reinforced Linen Capes. After that, go study and increase the maximum level of Tailoring development.
Tailoring 75 - 125
First, create Bolts of Wool until your Tailoring level reaches 100. Next, create Simple Kilts, which also use Bolts of Linen. Yes, our past skills in leveling up the tailor will be useful to us now. Once your profession level is 110, start crafting Double Stitched Woolen Shoulders. The previously created rolls of wool will go there. This way you can level up to profession skill 125 and go off to study. Otherwise, even when creating orange items, you will not level up your tailoring. At all.
Tailoring 125 - 200
So, at this stage of the difficult path to leveling up level 525 tailoring in WoW, you will be operating with silk material. First, level up your skill in creating Silk Rolls until it reaches 145. Next, make 15 azure silk hoods. This will raise your tailoring skill to 160. Next we make 10 silk headbands. If necessary, create additional rolls of silk. And there will clearly be a need... So, you already have a skill level of 170. Next, make ceremonial white shirts and your skill level will increase to 175. No more needed. Now we move on to magic cloth and create rolls of magic cloth. You will need a bunch of them, so you can create about 90 for future use. In tailoring, the guide also provides for the possibility that you will skip the stage of creating Crimson Silk Vests. But if this does not happen, then raise the skill level to 200 and go to the teacher.
Tailoring 200 - 300
We start by creating 15 Crimson Silk Stakes and thus raising the skill level to 215. After that, make 5 black magiccloth leggings and 10 pairs of black magiccloth gloves. This raises your Tailoring skill to 230. Even proceed to the black headbands made of magic cloth - a quite appropriate continuation. In WoW, tailoring gives you the ability to dress as stylishly as you want. True, it is not a fact that this will be quite effective. But we got distracted, and our level with the help of bandages was raised to 250. Now it's time to create bolts of runecloth. You will need a lot of them, so create about 200 pieces. Yes, this will require a huge amount of runic fabric, but it will be the cheapest. By creating rolls, you can easily skip the stage of creating a Runecloth Belt. But it's not scary. Either way, level up your Tailoring to 280 and start working on Runecloth Gloves. You need to raise your navy to 295 and upgrade to runecloth headbands. However, you can get up to 300 with gloves.
Tailoring 300 - 350
It's time to go to the beyond. For the Tailoring profession, the guide assumes that you have already collected a sufficient amount of Voidcloth, so you will not have problems creating Bolts of Voidcloth. And you will need a lot of them. And so from 300 to 325 we upgrade by creating rolls. It’s even time to go get a pattern with which we will create strong rolls. It is sold in Shatrat, so there will be no problems. After purchasing it, start creating strong rolls until your skill increases to 335. Now it’s the turn of the Voidweave Boots. You need to create 10 of them, because from 345 to 350 we will be pumping up voidcloth uniforms. And don't forget to go to the teacher. After that, we go to Northrend or to the auction. Depending on how exactly you prefer to level up your tailoring, 525 damage. Tailoring guide It's time to go to Northrend.
Tailoring 350 - 425
So, according to the profession in WoW Tailoring, the guide advises you to collect 1400 units of Ice Cloth and make 280 bolts of Ice Cloth from them. This will help you every step of the way. Yes, and it will raise the skill level to 375. Next, we move on to creating 5 ice-woven belts, 5 ice-weave boots and 10 ice-weave helmets. This will raise your skill level to 395. However, some approaches to leveling up tailoring may be idle, so just create the same item upon reaching the specified level. After that, craft 5 Twilight Cloth Belts, which will reap your skill level to 400. Done? Then craft 10 bolts of Durable Iceweave and move on to Twilightweave Wristwraps, and then Twilightweave Gloves. Total - 415th level of tailoring leveling. Now choose and knit 10 pieces of any of the three uncal fabrics - moon tulle, witch fabric or blue black fabric.
Tailoring 425 - 525 Cataclysm guide
So, in total, to level up tailoring to level 525 on this utap we will need 365 rolls of coal silk. To do this you will need 1825 units of coal silk. A lot, but upgrading the profession is worth it. So, by crafting itself you will raise the level to 450 and you will need to start 5 deathsilk bracers, 5 deathsilk boots, 5 deathsilk leggings and 5 deathsilk hoods. This will raise the tailoring level to 470. Now let's move on to the "spiritual recovery" things. Again you need to make 5 belts, 5 boots, 5 leggings, 15 robes. This will raise the level of the profession to 500. Already an indicator, right? The WoW Tailoring Guide further recommends crafting 5 Bracers from either Fireweave or Ember. Next, create 5 Emberfire Shoulders, 6 Emberfire Belts, 2 Emberfire Gloves, and 2 Fireweave Boots. This will raise your skill to 520. So, there is one last push left in leveling up Tailoring to level 525. You need to create 5 pairs of boots of dying fire. You have now used all your tailoring capabilities and reached the maximum level in Cataclysm.
So, gentlemen, it's time to review professions and their changes in patch 5.4. This wonderful one will be taken as a basis. There are no radical changes, except that the engineers still received love and attention. I have already partially touched on this topic in posts and.
Primary professions
Enchanting
In patch 5.4, Blizzard is abandoning the idea of restricting the minimum level of an enchanting item. As a result, all enchantments can be cast on low-level items, including heirlooms. However, the lower the level of the item, the more powerful enchantments scale. But low-level enchantments no longer scale upward.
Also, almost all things that were sold in 5.3 for reputation and AP will be sold for OS and dissipated into - from 3 fragments you can get 1 whole crystal.
Blacksmithing
New crafting reagent – . It is created once a day from a trillium ingot or any number of times a day if you add a rare one to the trillium ingot, obtained by dispersing Siege of Orgrimmar items. Each time when creating a Balanced Trillium Ingot, the player can learn recipes for crafting BoE epics or PvP items (). The following epics are available:
The trousers cost 28 Durable Magnificent Skins, and the belts cost 21. They can also learn to learn recipes for PvP items.
And, of course, you can get a recipe for creating it from the mobs on the Timeless Island. Although they do not replace Bloodlust, 25% speed is still better than nothing at all!
Tailoring
Tailors also have their own reagent, which works according to similar rules. crafted from 10 Bolts of Windwool Cloth once per day, but impatient crafters can always add 1 Spirit of War to speed up the process. Similarly, we craft Heavenly Fabric and learn new recipes.
|
|
Leggings cost 28 units of Heavenly Cloth, and belts cost 21. Gladiator crafted PvP items have approximately the same characteristics as .
Engineering
As I wrote at the very beginning, engineers will acquire a lot of interesting items, including pets and mounts. First, they will have to knock out in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. After reading the diary, they learn the secrets of new recipes, and also learn to create a new reagent -. NIEC can be crafted from 10 ghost iron ingots only once a day and is needed for:
- Sky Golem– a first-class mount, flying, running, swimming! Requires 30 NEC + 30 Living Steel.
- Hearth– a fun pet to cook with. Requires 15 NIEC + 15 Living Steel.
- Smartbot– a battle pet that cannot be sold. Requires 15 NIEC + 15 Living Steel.
- – a special bag for cooks with 36 slots! Requires 5 NEC + 5 Living Steel.
Typeface
As many as 43 new symbols have been added to the scribes, which I don’t see the point of describing individually. All of them are possible. Of course, the most interesting ones will be the visual symbols that change your character's appearance in a cool way or add animation! Here is a video demonstrating the effects:
But besides this, the Inscribers can knock out a recipe for a very good accessory - also included in the general classification with a bonus of 2600 resistance.
Welcome to the site! Continuing the series of articles “WoW 3.3.5a Professions”, today I propose to focus on Tailoring.
Tailoring is a very useful profession in every sense; it allows the player to create a variety of patches on cloaks, which in turn increase the character’s characteristics.
Pros of the profession
In addition, a bonus has been prepared for the Great Masters of Tailoring in the form of(yes, yes it will be possible to fly on it). In my opinion, this profession is one of the most useful in World of Warcraft. Based on the name, it’s easy to guess that our main activity while studying this profession will be Sewing (we will sew things from fabric). It would be logical to say that, in fact, Tailoring is an ideal profession suitable for priests, magicians and warlocks, since most of the things created are suitable for these classes; while leveling up the profession, you can dress your character well for the first time.
Tailoring in world of warcraft 3.3.5a can also bring in good income, so studying it is not only for the above-mentioned game classes. More details about all this in the tailoring guide 3.3.5a.
So, in order to start studying this profession, first of all you will need to find (this can be done in any large capital). I warn you in advance - get ready for the fact that you will have to farm a lot of fabric, or buy it at an auction, which will cost quite a bit of money; decide which path to choose for yourself.

- This recipe can be found in Shadowmoon Valley. To acquire it, you need a reputation with the Seers, or you can ask someone with this reputation to buy it for you. - For one pair you need 4 Rolls of Ice Cloth, 1 Eternium Thread, in total we sew 20 pairs of boots.
- 395 - 405 Create
- To create one belt you will need 7 Rolls of Ice Cloth, 1 Eternium Thread, to increase the level you need to create 10 belts.
- 405 - 420 At this level we do

- As one of the options
- They require 4 pcs. Lunar Tulle, 4 Bolts of Durable Ice Cloth, 1 Eternium Thread1, 1 Ice Orb
This is where the leveling up of the Tailor ends. Now it makes sense to acquire other tailoring recipes, buy them at auctions or farm rare recipes on bosses.
Tailoring, like any other productive profession in WoW, has its own subtleties and characteristics. This applies both to earning money and to using it, let’s say, for your own needs. And it is not even necessary to say that tailors, therefore, can not only sew for themselves and for sale all sorts of fabric armor, but also, finally, create improvements, in common parlance, as most of we are used to saying, called “threads.” A separate topic in the tailor’s assortment is bags. In terms of the length of the product range here, tailors have practically no competitors. They can sew ordinary bags for everyone, so to speak. and finally create professional containers for crafters such as chanters, jewelers, herbalists. Once upon a time, tailors could create containers for warlocks, but after patch 4.0.1 these bags are no longer exclusive to warlocks. They can therefore be worn. All.
The peculiarity of pumping up tailoring is that the raw materials for making items fall from mobs. On the one hand, as usual, this is not bad. If you slowly level up your alt and do a lot of questing, you'll get your hands on enough fabric that can be disposed of at a profit. In general, the best combination for maximizing the profit of drops from mobs is precisely the combination of, as we put it, a chanter-tailor. It goes without saying, on the other hand, at some stages of pumping you will not have enough, as we constantly say, of what will, to put it mildly, fall from mobs. However, if you have significant amounts of gold, then pumping is possible by purchasing raw materials at auction. There is always an abundance of fabric on it.
As a bonus, the profession - tailors, after all, can apply special chants to cloaks - “embroideries”, which, so to speak, can give a serious benefit to attack power, spell power or mana restoration.
What and for, as most of us constantly say, who can finally be traded, as we put it, a tailor will also be outlined in a separate posting. Be that as it may, you can now upgrade your tailor character to skill level 525 without any problems and also make money from this business. So read the guide on leveling up tailoring in World of Warcraft from start to finish (i.e. from 1 to 525).
