Path courses in dhow routes. Presentation "Educational health paths on the territory of the dow" presentation on the topic
The priority direction in the work of each preschool institution, according to the Federal State Educational Standard for Education, is the development of children's initiative and independence, the organization of children's activity and cognitive and research activities, but at the same time it is necessary to preserve and strengthen the health of children.
We, like all of you, are faced with the following questions: How to enrich our walk? How to increase children's cognitive activity without overloading them? How can part of educational activities be taken outside?
Educational health paths help solve all these problems together.
Terrenkur translated from French means (French terrain - terrain, cours - course of treatment) – This is a method that involves dosed physical activity in the form of walking. Currently, the term health path is more often used to refer to specially laid out health routes .
Educational paths– these are specially designed routes for children around the territory of a preschool educational institution or beyond, visiting the play area on the asphalt, educational and research centers, environmental and health trails. Walks along the health path are carried out in natural conditions, in the fresh air, on the principle of gradually increasing the pace and physical activity, which promotes hardening, increasing physical endurance, and normalizing the psycho-emotional activity of children.
The purpose of the educational path– improving the health of pupils’ bodies, increasing the level of motor activity, cognitive and research activities of children and adults.
Objectives of the educational health pathare:
– exercise children in basic movements;
– develop endurance, agility, coordination of movements, self-organization skills;
– develop observation, curiosity, cognitive activity of pupils;
– cultivate a sense of collectivism, mutual assistance, and aesthetic perception of nature;
– develop the ability to draw conclusions by establishing cause-and-effect relationships between natural objects;
– to form the aesthetic perception of preschoolers;
– introduce children to a healthy lifestyle;
– encourage the child to show initiative and independence in various activities.
In recent years, the territory of the kindergarten has been transformed thanks to the efforts of teachers and parents. We tried to make the environment problem-rich, adapted to the needs of joint activities of children and adults, and open to change.
In order to implement the technology educational paths, it is necessary to create a transformable environment in accordance with the changing interests and capabilities of preschool children, namely, to develop thematic “stations”, layouts, play areas, and select the necessary equipment and attributes.
Various options for educational paths are possible. The route should include not only specially created centers, but also a sports ground, an asphalt play area, a health trail, an ecological trail, flower beds, a vegetable garden and other possible objects on the territory of the preschool educational institution and beyond. These can be educational conversations, observations of insects, birds, plants, collection of natural materials, a set of health-improving physical exercises, theatrical performances, experimentation, and various types of games. The complexity of the routes and content depends primarily on the age of the children, weather conditions, time of year, number of children, and educational goals. If in the younger group there are 2-3 stations with minimal saturation, then in the preparatory group we can build a path outside the kindergarten, for example, to the Birch Grove park.
When completing an educational health path, we heal the students’ bodies, increase the level of their initiative, independence, motor and speech activity, and cognitive and research activities of children and adults.
And in order to arouse keen interest in children, you can invite them to participate in drawing up an educational route or create their own installation from waste or natural material.
Educational health paths imply the integration of the following educational areas: social-communicative, cognitive and physical development. But if you go further in your creativity, you can use both speech development and artistic and aesthetic development. It all depends on the theme of the path and the content of activities at the stations.
Educational health paths should be carried out regularly, at cool times of the day in the first half of the day, at the expense of the time allotted for a morning walk and physical exercise in the air. We organize them 2 times a month. This does not require serious additional preparation or financial costs. All that is needed is the desire and creative approach of the teacher.
Before conducting an educational path, children are told the purpose of the upcoming activity, and a conversation is held about which “stations” they would like to visit. The rules of behavior on some of them are reminded (for example, on an ecological trail, in a play area on the asphalt). Some centers are temporary (surprise) and are installed additionally.
We offer the following station options:
Weather station: Here children learn to observe changes in weather conditions, analyze and draw conclusions.
Depending on the age of the children, the tasks change and become more complex.
If the younger group observes the direction of the wind, then for the preparatory group the children take readings from instruments, enter them into an observation diary, and compare them with previous days;
We use both traditional equipment (thermometer, compass) and equipment made from scrap materials together with children (rain gauge, plumes, weather vane, barometer, hourglass and sundial).
Station "Attentive Pedestrian" : At this station we teach children safe behavior, teach them to be disciplined, careful, observant, reinforce traffic rules in practice, playing role-playing and didactic games using outdoor signs.
Station "Games on the asphalt" : A teacher or physical education instructor conducts outdoor games on the asphalt, on which “hopscotch”, “snakes”, “walkers” with numbers and letters are pre-drawn.
Together with the children we draw with chalk, water using stencils, rollers, brushes and natural materials.
It is interesting to use labyrinths in the summer - a labyrinth on asphalt, in the fall - labyrinths of dry leaves, in winter - snow labyrinths
Station "Future Olympians": During this stop at the sports ground, the teacher or physical education instructor organizes outdoor games with preschoolers and physical education sessions. At this station we develop children's physical activity and foster friendships through play.
Station "Flower Bed": We clarify the names of flowers, their structure, features of size, color, shape of petals, leaves, stems; encourage comparative statements; Please note that some flowers smell pleasant. We cultivate a feeling of joy when perceiving beautifully flowering plants and a desire to preserve them.
Station "Fairytale Glade": This station involves a stop in the fairy tale gazebo or in a specially organized place. There, pupils of younger groups listen to their favorite fairy tales, guess riddles, and older children compose stories using mnemonic tables, recite familiar poems about this time of year, and enjoy participating in theatricalization and dramatization.
Snow or sand station: We teach children to build snow figures and decorate them. And then we beat them.
Station “Island of Thoughts”, or “Club of Debators” : is a place where benches and stumps stand opposite each other, which are used both as a place to relax and to discuss a problem that has arisen or suggestions for drawing up a further route.
Station “The Master’s Work is Afraid” where work activities are organized.
Station “Visiting the Insects” , c dance "Ogorodnaya" , c dance “Experimental”, “Breathing”, c soap bubble dance, c board game dance, c dance of folk games, etc.
In addition to health paths that pass through the territory of the preschool educational institution, in our practice we use routes that go beyond the boundaries of the kindergarten. So, with the children of the preparatory group, we mastered the educational path in our neighborhood. We went to the radio college, a grocery store, the administration of the Dzerzhinsky district, and the library. Gogol.
Another route was laid to the Birch Grove Park, where we fed the squirrels, completed tasks, and observed natural objects. And on the way there and back they watched cars, pedestrians and repeated the rules of the road.
On the eve of May 9, a long-term route dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day was laid out: children of the senior and preparatory groups took part in a concert organized by the Gogolevsky TOS, laid flowers at the monuments to home front workers and soldiers who died from wounds.
And from station to station, the children and I move, doing logarithmics, physical exercises, speeches, and overcoming obstacles.
I would like to summarize: the development of cognitive activity and cognitive-research activities of children using educational health paths, in our opinion, improves the quality of children’s assimilation of acquired knowledge and consolidation of it in practical activities, while developing children’s initiative and independence.
Educational paths – these are specially organized routes for children around the territory of a preschool educational institution with a visit to the play area on the asphalt, Centers for educational and research activities, environmental and health trails. Walks along the health path are carried out in natural conditions, in the fresh air, on the principle of gradually increasing the pace and physical activity, which promotes hardening, increasing physical endurance, and normalizing the psycho-emotional activity of children.
Several special educational routes of varying difficulty levels should be developed throughout the kindergarten territory, depending on the children’s health group, age, and interests.
The route should include not only specially created Centers, but also a sports ground, an asphalt play area, a health trail, an ecological trail, flower beds, a vegetable garden, a greenhouse and other possible objects on the territory of the preschool educational institution.
Walking structure:
Collection and movement to the next stop on the path;
Stop, rest, cognitive and research activities of children and adults;
A set of recreational games and physical exercises;
Independent activity of children;
Gathering of preschoolers and returning to the group.
Each “station” can have its own name
“Meteorological Laboratory”, “In the Land of Fairy Tales”, “Glade of Heroes”, “Bird Canteen”, Recreation Center.
Moving to the health path from one Center (or House), children perform various exercises, conduct experiments, research, do mathematics, compose oral stories, study the properties of plants and traces of birds and animals, do physical exercises, play outdoor and asphalt games.
In such a play space, the child learns a lot - to communicate with the outside world, he develops large and fine motor skills, speech, intonation, eye, correlating movements.
Educational conversations
Observations of insects, birds, plants
Collection of natural material
Active and didactic games familiar to children
Games for attention
Sports games
A set of health-improving physical exercises depending on the time of year and weather conditions, age characteristics of children
"House of Samodelkin." "Musical wall"
Tables, benches, canopy, containers for storage and sorting.
This is a kind of Workshop where you can create installations from waste material, cardboard, plastic bottles, old broken parts from various cars, mechanisms, etc.
In summer there is a labyrinth on the asphalt, in autumn there is a labyrinth of dry leaves, in winter there is a snow labyrinth.
To create new Houses, it is most convenient to use portable flat layouts.
The outline denotes some figure, for example, the fairy-tale character “Frog Princess”, “Baba Yaga”, “Thumbelina”, “Heel”, “Puss in Boots”, “Teremok”, “Baba Yaga’s House”.
Complexes of playgrounds for groups of different ages should alternate with lawns, green areas of the landscape for free use, on which boulders, stumps, tree trunks, etc. are picturesquely scattered.
A playground on asphalt, in addition to the traditional classics, zigzags, and paths, may include a “sound track” for kids. When passing the sound track, stepping into a circle in which different animals are drawn, the child must make certain sounds “Moo-u”, “Quack-quack”, “Quack-quaw”, etc.
“Repeat counting” for older preschoolers.
Play area on the asphalt: Stencils (painting with flour)
Parkour is a youth street sport, the main element of which is to effectively and quickly overcome obstacles in an urban environment, without any auxiliary devices. Human nature is characterized by a thirst for exploration and the need to find new paths, this desire is already evident in young children. In childhood, each of us, without knowing it, practiced parkour (climbing trees, fire escapes, etc.).
The goal of parkour
An obstacle course is one of the most favorite children's pastimes. Overcoming an obstacle course develops a child physically (trains muscles, dexterity, coordination of movements), allows him to explore the capabilities of his body, teaches him intelligence and independence. By thinking about how to overcome an unfamiliar obstacle, the child learns to solve problems and look for a way out of difficult situations.
Obstacle course options
1. Balance exercises - walking on a wide (narrow) support (gymnastic bench), with different positions of the arms.
2. Climbing up and down the gymnastic wall in different and similar ways.
3. Crawling on a horizontal gymnastic bench while standing on your knees and sitting down while standing.
4. Exercises with elements of rock climbing.
"Web"
b) 2 wooden stands.
2. We develop skills: climbing, coordination of movements of arms, legs, body, agility.
"Stumps"
1. Made from wood cuts of one or more diameters and stump heights.
2. Develops balance - a necessary component of any movement. Precision of movements, coordination, tone of leg muscles. Use requires concentration, attention, and volitional efforts from children.
An obstacle course for children can be equipped with obstacles (elements) in various combinations along the distance and consist of 6-10 elements (obstacles). Depending on the size of the gym or outdoor area (at gymnastics and sports camps), a stationary or, as a rule, transformable obstacle course is equipped.
Problematic saturation;
Openness to active development by the child, dialogical way of functioning;
Unusuality;
Clear presentation of subject development sources;
Multifunctionality;
Adaptation to the needs of joint activities of children and adults.

Consultation for teachers: EDUCATIONAL TERRITORY COURSES ON THE TERRITORY OF PRESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION State budgetary preschool educational institution kindergarten No. 126, Vyborg district of St. Petersburg Prepared by Head of GBDOU d/s No. 126 I.E. Pisarenko
According to the Federal State Educational Standard for Education, a developing subject-spatial environment should: provide the opportunity for communication and joint activities of children (including children of different ages) and adults, physical activity of preschoolers, as well as opportunities for privacy; be content-rich, transformable, multifunctional, variable, accessible and safe.
Terrenkur - (German terrain - terrain, area, territory; and German kur - treatment) - a method of treatment by walking ascents dosed by distance, time and angle of inclination along marked routes. A natural health path treats not only with dosed exercise, but also with communication with nature, clean air, and psycho-emotional comfort. The health path helps to harden the body, and the beauty of nature and a calm environment create the prerequisites for relieving nervous and emotional stress.
Educational paths are specially organized routes for children through the territory of a preschool educational institution with visits to the asphalt play area, educational and research centers, environmental and health trails. The territory of the preschool educational institution, along which there are several routes for walking (health paths), is a green area with favorable sanitary and hygienic conditions, intended for games, entertainment, physical education and cultural and educational activities for preschool children.
THE GOAL of the educational health path is to improve the health of students’ bodies, increase the level of motor activity, and cognitive and research activities of children and adults. OBJECTIVES of the educational health path to exercise children in basic movements; developing their endurance, dexterity, coordination of movements, and self-organization skills; nurturing curiosity, a responsible attitude towards walks in nature, a sense of teamwork, and mutual assistance.
The health path route includes: specially created centers, a sports ground, a play area on asphalt, a health trail, an ecological trail, flower beds, a vegetable garden, a greenhouse and other various objects on the territory of the preschool educational institution
The route is divided into several “stations” or houses. However, not all “Houses” are stationary; they can be periodically changed depending on the play interests of the children. Each “station” can have its own name, for example: “House of the Water Fairy” “Moon Craters” “In the Land of Fairy Tales” “Meadow of the Heroes” “Recreation Center” “Weather Station”
"House of the Flower Fairy" "Bird's Dining Room" "Labyrinths" "Climbing Center" "Asphalt Games Zone"
Structure of walking walks gathering and moving to the next stop on the path; stopping, resting, educational and research activities for children and adults; complex of recreational games and physical exercises; independent activity of children; gathering of preschoolers and return to the group
While moving along the health path from one Center (or Home), children perform various exercises, conduct experiments, research, do mathematics, compose oral stories, study the properties of plants and traces of birds and animals, do physical exercises, play outdoor and asphalt games .
One of the ways to create a unified educational space for the development of a child, including the adjacent territory, may be the organization of Centers for cognitive and research activities on the territory of the preschool educational institution “House of Samodelkin” “Island of Reflection” “Kingdom of the Tassel”
“House of the Queen of Mathematics” “Possession of the Soap Bubble” “Wall of Music” “Lost and Found”
To create new Houses, it is most convenient to use portable flat layouts. The outline denotes some figure, for example, the fairy-tale character “Frog Princess”, “Baba Yaga”, “Thumbelina”, “Heel”, “Puss in Boots”, or the skeleton of a “rocket”, “mansion”, “Baba’s house” yagi."
The transformability of space implies the possibility of changes in the subject-spatial environment of the territory adjacent to the preschool educational institution, depending on the educational situation, including the changing interests and capabilities of children. Complexes of playgrounds for groups of different ages should alternate with lawns, green areas of the landscape for free use, on which boulders, stumps, tree trunks, etc. are picturesquely scattered.
Installation (eng. Installation - placement, installation, installation) is a spatial composition created from various ready-made materials and forms (industrial and household objects, natural objects. An example of educational health path stations are installations from waste materials:
Installations help to think in new ways and enrich the world of children's play. Here are just a few exercises to develop perception in preschoolers with the help of installations: “Activity with a sensory box” “Walking barefoot on large stones” “Game of scales” “Game of sorter” “Selection of objects by color” “Tramming on a pile of small stones" "Throwing stones into the water" "Exercises to develop hearing" "Activity with a tactile bag" "Balancing on stones"
Health path is a unified educational space for the development of a child. Such a play space contributes to the physical, intellectual and psycho-emotional development of the child: he learns a lot - to communicate with the world around him, he develops speech, gross and fine motor skills, intonation , eye, correlating movements.
Requirements for the organization of educational paths with children and compliance with the rules during their implementation. Approximate route options are developed taking into account physical activity, cognitive content, and children’s interests, are discussed in the process of interaction between teachers and the physical education instructor, and are approved by the senior teacher of the preschool educational institution. Equipment and attributes for organizing sports, didactic games, and independent activities are selected in accordance with developed routes, taking into account the interests of children, the time of year and weather conditions. Walking involves monitoring proper breathing and maintaining an optimal load, which results in the participants of the route becoming pleasantly tired by the end of the journey. Students’ clothing and footwear for completing the route must correspond to the season of the year and weather conditions.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION!
